The business will be integrated as Clyde Bergemann Delta
Ducon (CBDD) into the Clyde Bergemann Power Group

and conveying, wet and dry bottom ash systems.
In the coming months Delta Ducon plans to staff-up, from
currently around 30 people in order to meet the growing
demand for materials handling in the North America. Ron
Tempesta will continue to lead Clyde Bergemann Delta
Ducon and its current team as President.
“The Clyde Bergemann Power Group has a world leading
position in materials handling in Europe and Asia and
now Delta Ducon is a perfect fit for our market approach
and very significant for executing the Group's growth
strategy for materials handling in North America. Delta
Ducon with its market position provides an excellent
platform to expand that important sector of business”,
as Franz Bartels, President & CEO of the Clyde Bergemann
Power Group, points out. And he adds: “In the US power
market we are already leading in the boiler efficiency
and air pollution control sector and together with Delta
Ducon we have the potential to achieve a leading
position in materials handling too.”
